We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to join our team in the Birmingham area. You will support adults aged 18+ with complex needs and behaviours, helping them to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and routines.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Support access to community activities and appointments.
- Build positive relationships with the people you support and their families.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure safe working practices and uphold safeguarding standards.
