Salary £38,000 to £40,000 / £180 to £220 Per Day

You will be an important part of a successful team in this privately owned and managed home improvements group. They are renowned for the quality of their projects and are justifiably proud of both a huge list of client testimonials and favourable coverage in the national press. The group have divisions that focus on house building, specialist garden rooms, driveways and patios with the hard landscaping team supporting all of these areas to ensure that the completed projects are finished and landscaped to the highest standard.
The Job:
You will work across Oxfordshire with a team of 3 or 4 other trades on projects with values from £5k to £150k. The majority of these will be private sites with a few college and school projects. All of your projects are designed in house and together with your team you will use CAD drawings to construct all of the hard landscaping elements of the works. These include driveways, patios, hard standings, pathways and retaining walls.
The Person:
You will probably have about 3 to 5 years’ experience in construction or, ideally as a Hard Landscaper with experience of building in a variety of materials. You will often be a principal point of contact for the client and will therefore need to be a reasonable communicator, well-presented and punctual. You will be proficient in using construction drawings and translating these into a completed project. You will have a good eye for detail and will ensure that projects are always completed to the highest standard

Experience:
- Brick & Block work: 1 year (required)
- Garden Hard Landscaping: 2 years (preferred)
- using CAD drawings and landscaping plans: 2 years (preferred)
- leading a small team: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (ESSENTIAL) (required)
