In this role, you will engage with the community, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and inspire generosity to support vital charitable causes live at our events.
This exciting new role will see you connect prospective donors with a local hospice charity in Swindon.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging fundraising strategies tailored to venue events to maximise donations and awareness.
- Build and nurture relationships with venue staff, donors, and community partners to expand our network of supporters.
- Coordinate with venue management to ensure smooth execution of fundraising activities during events.
- Analyse your fundraising data and KPIs alongside Management for ongoing improvement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing information about our cause, answering questions, and creating a positive experience for attendees.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or campaigns that highlight our charitable work and encourage participation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in charity face-to-face fundraising, within street, private site or residential settings. Prior direct sales experience also accepted.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with supporters and agencies.
- Experience in public relations or community outreach is highly desirable.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward engaging members of the public.
- Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
