Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Belfast. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidates.
The Role
AS a Production Operative, you will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing materials for production
Operating machinery (full training provided)
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Ensuring good housekeeping across the work area
Supporting quality control and production processes
Requirements
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good timekeeping and attendance
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to Work well within a Team
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
