Position: Food & Beverage Brands Team Manager
Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Plus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus + Onsite Accommodation (subject to availability)
Manage multiple F&B brands. Deliver unforgettable experiences.
Lead our vibrant food and beverage operation across four distinct onsite brands, Cooks Fish & Chip's, Seaside Treats, Costa Tuk-tuk, and Bertie's Ice Cream. You'll drive performance, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
You'll be hands-on and visible, leading from the front. Coach your team to hit targets, manage budgets and rotas across multiple sites, and champion food safety and brand consistency, all whilst keeping guest satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding guest service and hit operational targets
- Drive guest satisfaction by resolving issues fast, improving service standards, and creating a welcoming vibe
- Monitor performance, deliver regular feedback, conduct appraisals, and support staff development
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently across multiple outlets
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies
- Solve day-to-day challenges quickly and keep operations running smoothly
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience (Duty Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, F&B Manager, or similar) in hospitality, food service, retail, or leisure
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience managing budgets, rotas, KPIs, and financial performance
- Solid understanding of food safety, health and safety, and compliance regulations
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods
