What We Offer:
- Full-time contract: 37.5 hours per week (over 5 days)
- Shifts scheduled between 6:30/7:00am starts and 9:00pm–10:30pm finishes
- Alternative weekend working required

Your Role:
- Providing compassionate, person-centred care in customers’ homes
- Supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Building trusting relationships that improve quality of life
- Helping clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes
What You Need:
- Minimum 2 years’ care experience in the UK
- Full UK driving licence (access to a vehicle required)
- Must be fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- A caring, positive, and professional attitude
- Reliability and strong communication skills
