Formosa Izakaya is Hiring – Full-Time Bar Staff
Located in Birmingham City Centre, Formosa Izakaya is looking for reliable, friendly and hardworking Full-Time Bar Staff to join our team.
⭐ We are looking for applicants who:
- Are available for full-time work and flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Have previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience preparing drinks, cocktails or working behind a bar is an advantage, although training can be provided.
- Are responsible, professional and customer-focused.
- Can work efficiently and maintain high service standards during busy periods.
- Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Are looking for a long-term opportunity and willing to grow with the team.
⭐ Preferred:
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Ability to read and write Chinese.
- Experience preparing cocktails and mixed drinks.
- Experience in Taiwanese, Chinese or Asian restaurants.
- Familiarity with POS/EPOS systems or restaurant operations.
