We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused people to join our Amorino stores as Gelato Artists and Team Leaders. If you love hospitality, enjoy working in a lively environment, and want to be part of a warm, supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.
Through continuous training, you’ll become a true Amorino brand ambassador, shaping beautiful gelato roses, welcoming guests, and helping create memorable moments for every customer who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome, guide, and advise customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Learn our products and recipes so you can confidently recommend flavours
- Take orders and upsell Amorino products
- Shape custom gelato roses with a spatula (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Prepare all orders according to Amorino guidelines
- Support smooth daily operations, including opening and closing duties
- Receive deliveries and ensure stock is organised correctly
- Conduct inventory checks and restock as needed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment
Team Leaders will also:
- Support the shift leader with coordination and team motivation
- Help guide Gelato Artists during busy periods
- Assist with operational routines and store standards
