Job Overview

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar service, including food preparation, cocktail crafting, and serving beverages
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver great customer experiences through effective team management and leadership
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Train new staff on bartending techniques, food production processes, and hospitality best practices
- Maintain a lively yet professional environment by managing shifts efficiently and resolving customer concerns promptly.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a bar or restaurant setting with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Extensive bartending background with skills in cocktail preparation, serving, and hospitality service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food production processes, and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is highly desirable.
