Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Polisher to join our team in our workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Marble/Granite/Quartz etc and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working with different materials and finishes, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. The Polisher will play a crucial role in the final stages of production, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of our products.
Responsibilities
- Utilise hand tools and power tools to polish surfaces to a high finish.
- Perform masonry tasks as required to prepare surfaces for polishing. Conduct welding tasks when necessary to repair or enhance materials before finishing.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to polishing processes.
- Familiarity with masonry work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
