What you'll be doing
As the face of Brook Taverner, you'll create memorable shopping experiences that leave customers feeling valued and confident. Every interaction is an opportunity to showcase our brand and build lasting relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable in-store experience.
- Delivering outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Building relationships with regular customers and offering personalised styling advice.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary products.
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Working closely with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves providing outstanding customer service.
- Has a positive, friendly and confident approach.
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with customers.
- Takes pride in delivering high standards.
- Has an interest in fashion, styling or premium retail (experience in menswear is a bonus but not essential).
- Has previous customer service or retail experience (preferred).
Hours
This is a part-time position offering between 8 and 16 contracted hours per week. Flexibility is important, and shifts will include weekdays and/or weekends on a rotational basis. We'll discuss your availability and agree a working pattern that suits both you and the business.
