Key Account Scheduler
Alfa Fleet, a division of Alfa Tail Lifts, is seeking to appoint a Key Account Scheduler to join its busy and expanding team.
With over 10,000 vehicles across our principal accounts—and a portfolio that continues to grow—we are looking for a dedicated individual to support the ongoing maintenance and compliance of our customers’ fleets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bookings for inspections, servicing, repairs, and breakdowns. This role involves liaising directly with drivers to arrange for an Alfa mobile engineer to attend a convenient location and complete the required work efficiently. We currently operate with 15 mobile engineers across the UK, and it is essential that each engineer’s schedule is effectively planned to ensure full productivity for each working day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all vehicles remain compliant and that work is completed within required due dates.
- Scheduling work to ensure each Alfa engineer has a full and productive daily workload.
- Arranging and coordinating follow-on repairs to ensure timely completion.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers regarding all bookings and updates.
While prior scheduling experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Schedule:
- 8 hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
