We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver fit out projects. You will manage projects from set-up to handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality standards.
The role
You will take responsibility for day-to-day project delivery, leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, design teams and internal colleagues.
Key responsibilities

Manage fit out projects, including site activities, labour, subcontractors, materials and programme delivery.

Plan project set-up, resourcing, procurement and site logistics.

Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and regular progress updates.

Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, cost, programme and health and safety standards.

Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation and project requirements.

Drive high-quality, snag-free handovers through regular site inspections and proactive issue resolution.
What we are looking for

Experience managing construction, refurbishment or fit out projects.

Strong knowledge of site management, programme delivery, subcontractor coordination and quality control.

Commercial awareness and the ability to understand cost, programme and project impacts.

Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, project teams and supply chain partners.

A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach, with a clear commitment to health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Relevant construction, site management and health and safety qualifications are desirable.
