What you'll do:

Support the smooth running of the kitchen, including food preparation, service and general kitchen duties.

Prepare, cook and present food to a consistently high standard.

Follow all food safety, hygiene and EHO guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen.

Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, efficient and excellent service.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring all kitchen sanitation procedures are followed.

Help keep the kitchen organised, efficient and running smoothly throughout service.
What you bring:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Catering is desirable, or previous experience working in a busy professional kitchen.

Basic IT skills and confidence using everyday computer systems.

Experience with menu preparation and the confidence to contribute ideas and suggestions.

Experience of bulk cooking and preparing food for larger numbers.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop and build your skills.

Due to security requirements, you must have been continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.
