Em's Stars Pre-School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 SENCO to join our friendly team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and ensuring every child has the best possible start to their learning journey.
The Role
As our Pre-School SENCO, you will:-
- Lead and coordinate SEND provision within the setting.
- Work closely with children, families, staff, and external professionals to support children's individual needs.
- Develop and review support plans, ensuring inclusive practice is embedded throughout the pre-school.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to promote high-quality inclusive teaching and learning.
- Maintain accurate SEND records and contribute to meetings and reviews.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Be committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
