Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company supports veterans and people with disabilities through meaningful employment and skills development. We’re now looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our growing Signs division on a 22 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
You’ll help produce high-quality signage and support a range of workshop tasks. No experience is needed — full training is provided both on the shop floor and in our training room. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work within a diverse, supportive team guided by our mission and RBVE values.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sign production including preparation, assembly, and quality checks
Support wider manufacturing tasks
Follow structured training and contribute to continuous improvement
Your Development
You’ll work through a personalised development plan to build your skills, strengthen your CV, and increase your future employability.
