Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Home
Location: Burnley
Salary: £31,200 – £34,612.50 per annum
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis
️ Number of Sleeps Required: Sleep-ins/waking nights as per rota (approx. 20% of shifts)
Pay Per Sleep: Included within salary
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – 10 to 17, EBD, Trauma, Complex Needs
Qualifications Required:
Level 3 diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent)
Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards it)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as Deputy Manager in children’s residential care
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
