TPS Administrator
Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months
At JCT600, our Administrators play an important role in keeping the centre running smoothly. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support across cash management, system maintenance and general centre operations, ensuring all transactions and records are processed accurately, securely and on time.
This is a varied role where your organisation, attention to detail and customer-focused approach will support the wider TPS team in delivering an efficient and professional service.
As a TPS Administrator, your day-to-day will include:

Processing cash, card and cheque payments securely and maintaining accurate cash journals.

Completing banking activities and managing customer refunds, credit notes and outstanding cash queries.

Maintaining accurate information across SAP, customer databases and internal TPS systems.

Producing reports, processing invoices and providing general administrative support across the centre.

Supporting the warehouse and sales teams with stock administration and promotional activities.

Responding professionally to customers and liaising with TPS Head Office and other key stakeholders.
What we’re looking for in a TPS Administrator:

Previous administrative experience.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a trustworthy approach when handling money and sensitive information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook; SAP experience would be desirable.

A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
