Are you looking to start a career in childcare, or ready for a career change? We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Early Years Apprentice (aged 17+) to join our supportive nursery team. Mature applicants and career changers are encouraged to apply.
This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while working towards your Early Years qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the care and development of children in a nurturing environment
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and support children’s learning and development
- Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and stimulating environment
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in working with young children
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to completing an Early Years apprenticeship
