Job Overview
The IT Systems Architect and Business Intelligence Lead will design and implement scalable IT systems and business intelligence solutions that support business objectives. The role involves analysing business requirements, leading data management initiatives, developing system architecture, and working with stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient technology solutions.
Key Duties
- Design and architect IT systems and software solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyse business processes and define system requirements.
- Lead business intelligence, reporting, and data management functions.
- Deliver presentations and engage with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
- Train and support technical teams on system architecture and BI solutions.
- Manage SQL Server and MySQL databases.
- Ensure backup, restore, and Disaster Recovery procedures are implemented and tested.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver secure and scalable technology solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or IT Systems Architect.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and business intelligence.
- Experience with SQL Server and MySQL databases.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise IT solutions.
- Experience with backup, restore, and Disaster Recovery planning.
Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
