Make a Real Difference Every Day
De Aston School is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly, high‑performing Learning Support team, either as an apprentice or level 1. - A team player who can also use their initiative.
- A strong communicator who builds trust and rapport.
- A resilient, reflective practitioner with genuine passion for supporting young people.
What we offer:
- A warm, welcoming school with a “big family” feel.
- A supportive, committed team who will help you grow.
- Training and development, rooted in evidence‑informed practice.
- Leaders who care deeply about staff wellbeing and work–life balance.
- A vibrant 11–18 school at the heart of the community.
- A beautiful rural location on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, with great value living and easy access to Lincoln.
