This isn't a traditional marketing role.
We're looking for someone who loves creating content, understands digital marketing, embraces AI and genuinely enjoys making engaging content that people want to watch.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Creator who can take ownership of ScanSan's digital presence and bring our brand to life across multiple platforms.
You'll be responsible for creating engaging, educational and entertaining content that helps build awareness, grow our audience and generate leads.
You'll work directly with our Operations Supervisor and Founder, helping turn ideas into high-quality content whilst using AI to maximise efficiency.
We're not looking for someone who simply schedules social media posts.
We're looking for someone who can think creatively, execute quickly and continuously improve our content.
What You'll Be DoingContent Creation
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- YouTube Shorts
- Film content with members of the ScanSan team.
- Create short-form video content.
- Design engaging graphics and visual assets.
- Produce educational and thought leadership content.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces.
- Create content that explains complex property and technology topics in simple, engaging ways.
AI-Powered Content Creation
We're heavily invested in AI and expect our team to be too.
You'll be expected to confidently use AI tools to increase both quality and productivity, including:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- AI image generation tools
- AI video generation
- AI prompt engineering
- AI editing software
- Opus Clip (or similar)
- CapCut
- Go High Level
Knowing how to use AI means much more than typing a simple prompt.
You should understand prompt engineering and know how to use AI to produce professional marketing assets efficiently.
Marketing
You'll help shape how ScanSan is perceived online by:
- Generating creative campaign ideas.
- Identifying social media trends.
- Suggesting new content formats.
- Helping improve brand awareness.
- Creating campaigns that encourage users to request demonstrations of our platform.
- Working closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads.
Brand Development
You'll help us:
- Refresh our social media presence.
- Align content with our newly designed website.
- Build a stronger visual identity.
- Create a consistent tone of voice.
- Showcase our AI products and Tokenisation Platform.
Content Management
- Schedule content using Go High Level.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Keep content organised.
- Build a content calendar.
- Ensure content is always prepared in advance.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role isn't measured simply by how many posts you publish.

Equipment
As this is a consultancy agreement, candidates will be expected to use their own laptop.
ScanSan will provide equipment required for content creation where necessary, including microphones, tripods and other recording equipment.
Performance Bonus

There will be opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses linked to measurable marketing outcomes, including lead generation and business growth.
