Swan Academy has been one of Hertfordshire’s leading gymnastics clubs for over 14 years. With more than 600 members and a world-class Head Coach, we are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an experienced, high-quality coach to join our team.
Class Times
We run recreational gymnastics classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm. We're looking for someone who can commit consistently to these sessions.
What you'll be doing
Coaching children aged 3 and upwards across our recreational, development and squad programmes. Whether your background is in General, WAG, MAG or dance, bring your passion, your energy and your expertise to every session.
What you'll need ✅
Experience in gymnastics, dance or a related sport or activity. A reliable, hard-working attitude with the ability to commit consistently. Energy, enthusiasm and a positive presence that children respond to. Confidence leading warm-ups, coaching across apparatus and running cool-downs. A team-focused mindset that supports a fun, safe and engaging environment.
A Level 1 qualification from British Gymnastics or IGA is preferred but not essential. A current DBS check and safeguarding certificate are required, or willingness to get them sorted.
