Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Ground Worker to join our team, based at our Capstone Site - Gillingham. Applicants must be reliable and hard working, and in possession of a valid CSCS card.
Duties
- Assist with construction activities, including groundwork preparation and material handling
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in groundwork is preferred.
- Experience working with excavation equipment, dumpers, rollers is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
Pay: £20.50-£21.50 per hour
