Job Summary:
Hub Agile Delivery Solutions Ltd is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to help cross-functional teams deliver digital projects efficiently and with clear business value. You will remove delivery barriers, improve team collaboration, and maintain steady progress from planning through release.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban, whilst integrating Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project, TFS, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery within scope and timeframe.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and coordinate testing activities to validate deliverables meet business needs.
- Coordinate release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, and post-release support.
- Monitor project progress through analysis skills and SDLC best practices; report status updates to senior management regularly.
- Foster effective communication across teams to ensure clarity on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive programme management initiatives that align with organisational goals while promoting continuous process improvement through tools like Visio and Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements:
- Experience in Agile delivery, project management, Scrum, or digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Agile certification or equivalent professional experience is benefic
Pay: £4,200.00-£5,000.50 per month
