We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable full-time Front of House / Barista to join our small, close-knit team. (STUDENTS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS ROLE)

We are looking for someone who is confident, mature and takes genuine pride in their work. Someone who enjoys being busy, but also understands that working in hospitality isn't just about serving customers when it's busy — when things slow down, there is always something to be done.
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- At least 1 year of recent Barista experience – essential.
- Good knowledge and confidence using professional coffee machines.
- Experience in Front of House and handling and serving food.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and friendly under pressure during busy services.
- A proactive attitude — someone who can see what needs doing without always being asked.
- The ability to stay productive during quieter periods, whether that's cleaning, restocking, preparing for the next service or keeping the café looking its best.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- A warm, engaging personality and the ability to build genuine relationships with our customers.
- An understanding of what it means to work in a small independent business, where everyone plays an important part.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across both of our locations when required.
- Availability for 30+ hours per week.

Please also do not apply if you are a student intending to begin full-time study in September. We are looking for someone who is genuinely available and committed to the role. We will be advertising separately when we are searching for part time member.
