Hours: 37.5 hours (on a rota basis covering 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Sunday)

What you’ll do:
As a Team Leader, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the service — coordinating rotas, responding to crises, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred support. You’ll mentor and coach staff in trauma‑informed and strengths‑based practice, lead supervisions and appraisals, and act as the key liaison for MDT meetings, case conferences, and commissioner reviews. You’ll uphold CQC standards, safeguard the people we support, and embed the 7 Keys to Citizenship in everyday practice. With strong communication, excellent organisation, and a calm, confident approach, you’ll help shape a culture where people feel safe, valued, and empowered.
What we’re looking for:
· Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
· Experience leading or coordinating care within health or social care
· Ability to make confident, autonomous decisions
· Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, personality disorder, or trauma
· Strong understanding of person‑centred and strengths‑based practice
· Experience with rota management, communication, and crisis response
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop staff
· Strong organisational and ICT skills
· Ability to maintain accurate, high‑quality records
· Confidence liaising with MDT professionals, commissioners, and families
