Brokerage / Vehicle Consignment Associate Overview
We are looking for a motivated Brokerage / Vehicle Consignment Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing vehicles from customers who wish to sell their cars through our brokerage service. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.
Strong customer service skills are essential. Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Use sales and telesales techniques to source vehicles for brokerage and increase stock availability
- Monitor market trends and pricing within the automotive industry
- Handle incoming calls professionally, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
- Conduct outgoing calls to potential clients with confidence and professionalism
- Provide customers with updates on their vehicle listings and maintain strong client relationships
- Complete administrative tasks related to vehicle consignment and sales processes

- Experience in telesales or a sales-focused environment
- Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities

This is a commission-based role with on-target earnings, offering strong earning potential for motivated individuals.
