The City Restaurant, situated on Nicolson Street, is seeking Front of House Staff to become part of our welcoming team.
As a member of our front of house staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring each guest enjoys a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Processing payments accurately
- Addressing guest enquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout their visit
- Collaborating with team members to uphold cleanliness and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in handling transactions
- Teamwork skills and a positive attitude
