GO4GOLDFM LTD is recruiting experienced Door Supervisors to join our growing team.
We are looking for professional, customer-focused, and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to provide security at a busy restaurant in Oxford.

Duties
- As a Door Supervisor, you will:
- Provide a professional and welcoming presence at the venue.
- Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor access and prevent unauthorised entry.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises where required.
- Identify and manage potential risks before they escalate.
- Deal professionally with difficult or intoxicated customers.
- Resolve conflicts using effective communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, including fire alarms and medical incidents.
- Complete accurate incident reports and Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
- Represent GO4GOLDFM LTD in a professional manner at all times.

- Working Days: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Start Date: Last week of August
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- The Right to Work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A good understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
- The ability to write clear and accurate incident reports.
Desirable
- Previous experience working in restaurants, hospitality, pubs, bars, or licensed premises.
- Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
- Own transport or the ability to travel reliably to Oxford for late-night shifts.
