SIRM College is seeking a highly organised, digitally confident and proactive Assistant Collaborative Provision Officer to support the coordination, administration and monitoring of our university, awarding-body and external partnerships.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you will maintain partnership trackers and evidence, coordinate meetings and actions, support approval and review documentation, prepare professional communications and reports, and liaise with teams across the College to ensure partner requirements and deadlines are met.
What we are looking for
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting and dashboards.
· Strong capability across Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
· The ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines and maintain accurate, evidence-based records.
· Confidence using online portals and other digital platforms.
· A professional, discreet and collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
Essential requirement
