You will be working in the Cementation OU based in London in where we are responsible for Leading projects with Cementation Skanska, where over 100 years of foundation knowledge underpins safe, efficient delivery across transport, energy and urban developments.
We are currently looking for a Construction Manager who play a key role in overseeing and coordinating our piling and ground engineering construction activities across Cementation Skanska, ensuring efficient and successful project execution to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction whilst delivering to budget and programme requirements.
As the Construction Manager, you will:

Oversee and manage major piling / ground engineering projects (or multiple smaller projects at a time) from start to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective collaboration and project progress.

Team Leadership: supervise, mentor, and motivate project teams, including engineers, supervisors, plant operators and piling operatives to achieve project goals.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Demonstrate the right behaviours and lead by example
We are looking for:

Proven experience as a Construction Manager (or similar role) in piling / ground engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of piling and ground engineering techniques, construction methodologies, and relevant industry standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Thorough understanding and strong application of health, safety, and environmental standards / regulations in delivering our works
