About the role
We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers.
Based within the warehouse, the Driver De-brief role is responsible for supporting the daily delivery operation by debriefing drivers on their return from scheduled routes. This includes collecting and checking route paperwork, discussing any challenges or incidents encountered during the day, and ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
The post holder will liaise with internal departments to resolve delivery-related issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement across the transport and warehouse operations.

You will be responsible for
Key responsibilities

Review and verify delivery documentation returned by delivery drivers, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and meets required standards.

Communicate effectively with multiple departments to obtain the information necessary to complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timescales.

Produce, maintain, and distribute operational reports to relevant departments, ensuring a consistent and effective flow of information across the business.
You will need
- to focus on accuracy, adopt a methodical approach and have a keen eye for detail.

To be able to effectively communicate with various departments through phone, E-Mail and verbally.

To be computer literate, using various Office programmes such as Word and Excel

Be pro-active and able to work under your own initiative.

Be results driven and enthusiastic.
8 hours per week Saturday. Working hours are 11am - 7pm
