At Adams & Remers we're looking for ambitious Private Client Senior Associates across multiple practice areas who want challenging work, genuine progression, and the opportunity to build their own practice within a firm that backs them to do it.
The Role
This is not a purely fee-earning role. We expect our Senior Associates to be active business developers as well as excellent technical lawyers. A defined proportion of your time will be dedicated to business development activity, and you will be expected to bring an existing client following with you, supported by a track record of personal billing.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years PQE
- An existing client following with minimum personal billing of £200,000 per annum
- A demonstrable track record of business development and client origination, not solely fee-earning on referred or firm-allocated work
- Strong technical expertise
- Excellent client care
- Existing referrer relationships desirable
- Commercial awareness
- Collaborative approach
- Willingness to commit a defined proportion of working time to business development activity (further detail provided at interview)

Pay: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
