The Role
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Service, maintain, fault-find and repair commercial gas and heating systems.
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance on statutory regulations, approved codes of practice and HTMs.
- Complete maintenance in line with SFG20 and client requirements.
- Support the Projects team with minor capital works when required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
About You
The successful Commercial Gas Engineer will have:
- Current Domestic and Commercial Gas qualifications (essential).
- Previous experience within building maintenance or facilities management.
- Experience working to SFG20 maintenance standards.
- Strong fault-finding skills and a full UK Driving Licence.
