Head Dental Nurse & Assistant Practice Manager
As Head Dental Nurse and Assistant Practice Manager, to oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of our NHS & Private two surgery dental practice, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience as previous Head Dental Nurse & Assistant Practice Manager
- Assist the Practice Manager (who is the Principal Dentist) with the daily running of the practice, including staffing, rotas, and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, GDC, and infection prevention and control standards.
- Manage clinical stock, equipment maintenance, and supplier ordering.
- Support clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures NHS & Private, including general, cosmetic, surgical treatments.
- Oversee decontamination processes and maintain accurate clinical and compliance records.
- Coordinate patient appointments and deliver an excellent patient experience from consultation through treatment.
- Handle patient enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
- Monitor KPIs, support business growth initiatives, and contribute to achieving practice targets.
- Liaise with laboratories, suppliers to ensure smooth practice operations.
- Ensure health and safety policies and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.

Pay: £17.50-£19.00 per hour
