Sous Chef / Chef (Live-In Accommodation Available)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu standards
- Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Support the Head Chef with menu preparation and kitchen management
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Flexible and reliable approach to working hours
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
