Marketing Strategist & Account Lead
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist & Account Lead to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in-house within a marketing team, particularly in a tech, SaaS, or high-growth business, and is looking to bring that experience into a creative agency environment.
You’ll work closely with UK and international clients as both a strategic partner and day-to-day lead, helping shape marketing activity, campaigns and priorities while working alongside our creative and leadership teams to bring ideas to life.
We’re looking for someone who can deeply understand our clients’ businesses, identify the challenges and opportunities they face, and turn those insights into effective, results-driven marketing strategies.
About the role
As Marketing Strategist & Account Lead, you’ll lead client strategy from idea to execution - shaping campaigns, guiding delivery with the agency team, and helping clients understand performance and next steps.
This is a collaborative role for someone who enjoys working with people, thinking commercially, and being involved in both the strategic and practical side of marketing.
What you’ll do
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of UK and international clients
- Lead strategic marketing conversations with clients, helping shape campaign direction, priorities, and activity plans
- Contribute ideas and strategic thinking that help clients improve performance, engagement, and brand presence
- Preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations
- Identify opportunities to support clients more effectively as their needs evolve
- Help keep projects organised, on schedule, and commercially aligned

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
