Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated CSCS Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout the project. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of construction sites while gaining valuable industry experience.
Duties
- Assisting with site preparation, clearance, and general labouring duties
- Supporting tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and equipment
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards
- Operating basic tools and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Assisting with the setup and dismantling of site facilities where required
- Following instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred but not essential
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual labour in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
