Sterling Automotive are recruiting for a knowledgeable, confident, and ambitious Automotive Fitter. Sterling Automotive specialise in luxury vehicle conversions. Our customers can fully design their own vehicles and customise the interior, exterior and wheels to create a custom-built vehicle for their needs.
We specialise in high-end vehicle upgrades and are seeking someone with hands-on experience in rear seat conversions and bodykit installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of rear seat conversion kits
- Window fitting and activation
- Fitting of exterior styling upgrades (bodykits, splitters, arches, side steps, etc.)
- Working with carbon fibre and aftermarket components
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Diagnosing and rectifying previous poor installations
Requirements
- Proven experience in rear seat conversions
- Experience fitting bodykits and exterior vehicle upgrades
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for vehicles and high-quality workmanship
