Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Assistant to provide vital administrative support within our office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support invoicing and financial record keeping through QuickBooks and other accounting tools
- Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Maintain organised workspaces to promote efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
