We are seeking a dedicated care team leader to join our team. Based in Richmond and Kingston, this role is vital to overseeing care operations, supporting our care workers, and ensuring we deliver exceptional personal support aligned with our company's values.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily care activities to ensure high standards of service.
- Support and mentor care workers to foster a compassionate and professional environment.
- Develop and review individual care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Spot checks, reviews and assessments
- participate in the call rota
- Support with care calls.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or leadership experience within the care sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Knowledge of care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to high-quality person-centred care.
- IT literacy for documentation and communication purposes.
- Previous experience in senior or home care is preferred.
