Job Summary
Winners/Tanning Booths are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team.
The successful candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends, work independently, and lock up the premises at the end of shifts.
Full training and support will be provided.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Previous experience working in a tanning salon, gaming centre, or similar customer service environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Operate the till
- Lock up the premises after shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area and shop floors
- Assist customers with drinks using the coffee machine
- Use the booking system for tanning booths
- Follow age restriction policies in tanning and gaming regulations
- Work collaboratively with other staff members
- Provide holiday and sickness cover when required
- Support with general day-to-day tasks
Skills & Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to learn
- Helpful and professional attitude towards customers
