Overview
Join our dynamic team as a property maintenance coordinator and play a key role in delivering outstanding property management services to landlords and tenants alike. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, coordinating maintenance works, carrying out routine property inspections, and ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards. Acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants, you will resolve maintenance issues efficiently, oversee contractor performance, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and build strong, lasting client relationships. Your proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail will help protect landlords' investments while providing tenants with a safe, well-maintained, and positive living environment.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections.
- Day to day maintenance across our large portfolio of residential properties.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical documents accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines
- A driving license & vehicle.
- 2+ Years experience in property management.
