Salary: Competitive with OTE: £70,700 with over achievement ability up to £82,700.

Your Responsibilities as an Aftersales Manager:

Lead and support the Aftersales team, ensuring excellent customer service and clear role understanding.

Manage daily Service Department operations to achieve targets for workshop productivity, labour sales, and parts sales.

Ensure Aftersales processes are followed, including vehicle inspections and customer handover procedures.

Monitor and manage parts stock levels, availability, and supplier relationships.

Resolve customer queries and complaints in collaboration with other departments.

Support team development through coaching, training planning, and recruitment.

Oversee warranty claims, subcontracted work, service valeting, and driver activities.

Approve goodwill gestures, discount, and manage local Aftersales promotions and marketing.

Work closely with the wider dealership management team to improve performance and deliver a seamless customer experience.
What we are looking for in an Aftersales Manager:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager role within the automotive industry.
