Role: Procurement Business Partner
Location: Manchester (Remote)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £45,000
Castlefield are currently recruiting a Procurement Business Partner to join a Public Sector organisation in Manchester. The position is home based with only occasional days in the office throughout the year.
The Role:
- Management of end-to-end procurement processes above and below threshold
- Manage projects across a range of category areas in both directs and indirects
- Ensure compliance with relevant organisational and Public Sector legislation
- Support stakeholders with contract management activities including KPI monitoring, supplier reviews, risk management and variations
- Provide procurement advice and guidance
- Identify opportunities for service improvements, efficiencies and savings
- Maintain the contracts register
- Assist with procurement strategy development
- Keep up to date with market trends and analyse spend data
- Ensure procurement compliance
The Person:
- MCIPS or working towards
- Public Sector procurement experience
- Tendering experience
- Knowledge of PCR2015/PA2023
- Great communication skills
Pay: £45,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester M2 3BB
