We have an opportunity for you to join our Maintenance team at the Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel and Spa. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the general day to day maintenance requirements in the hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing routine maintenance checks within hotel as per procedures
- Carrying out ad hoc and emergency repairs
- Basic painting, plumbing and electrical work are essential
- Working alongside the existing maintenance and housekeeping team
- Working alongside external consultants to maintain and repair specialist equipment eg. plant and machinery.
To succeed you must be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with limited supervision and at all times must be respectful of the guests and residents.
Previous experience within similar job roles will be advantageous such as: Caretaker, Property Maintenance, Trades person, Tradesman, Handy person, Handyman, Plumber, Electrician, Groundsman, Painter, Decorator, Maintenance Assistant.
