Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used efficiently
- Follow specific cleaning schedules and procedures as outlined by management
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning duties
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible hours as required, including early mornings or late evenings if necessary and weekends if needed.
- Must be a driver and have access to a car
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all assigned areas
Pay: £12.71-£17.72 per hour
