Overview
Book Keeper/ Admin Duties
Part-time 18-20 hours per week
Small family run business requires an experienced Book Keeper with knowledge of Sage accounting. The ideal candidate would have to be organized and comfortable working on their own.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date book-keeping records
Process Supplier Invoices and supplier payments
Process Retail Invoices and receipts
Process Wholesale Invoices and receipts
Weekly Payroll
PAYE Returns
Bank Reconciliations
VAT Return
Liaise with Accountant when required
General administration duties
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
Hourly rate from £13.71 . After training, negotiable to £14.40
