About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Waste Coordinator. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the day to day management of site waste operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards across site waste management while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing daily waste operations across the site, ensuring all waste areas and bins are serviced and maintained

Coordinating waste collections and exchanges with service providers

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work

Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across all waste areas

Communicating regularly with customers, providing updates and responding to queries

Working closely with Operations and HSEQ teams to drive continuous improvements and innovations

Carrying out routine inspections of waste areas to maintain compliance

Completing essential administrative tasks such as scanning documentation, reporting, and email communication

Operating a forklift truck when required (training provided if needed)
